Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey (preferably raw)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. In a serving bowl or glass, add the Greek yogurt.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract if using.
  3. Top with mixed berries, arranging them attractively.
  4. Sprinkle chopped nuts and chia seeds over the berries.
  5. Drizzle honey in a circular pattern over the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Use seasonal berries for the best flavor. You can swap walnuts for almonds or granola for added crunch. For extra sweetness, drizzle a bit more honey or use flavored Greek yogurt. Best enjoyed fresh.
